Kombucha benefits

Here is a article that is opposite of my last blog post about when it comes to whats in Kombucha like antioxidants this is just a list that we can use for health benefits for this product. If I try and relate this to our persona (baby boomer) I would say they like the health benefits of this tea for sure! the ways it can help them with a lot of problems that boomers face joint pain, energy levels, liver function and more. In earlier study I wrote that Baby boomers don’t like to “just settle” so I feel out side of the health side of Kombucha we have another way to sell this because it is unique, natural its old but something new to people, appealing with the way fermentation works I feel this will jump out to our target market.

Kombucha myths

I didn’t know much about kombucha apart from the little I have reaserched and been told by my pairs. This article shows that Kombucha although it is a healthy tonic a lot has been over exaggerated about it. Some believe the sugar in Kombucha none remains by the end of the fermentation cycle in this article it says that this is a myth. Also about joint pain that it is effective in helping joint pain but this article says that this is also a myth and doesn’t have two properties  hyaluronic acid and glucosamine which help joint pain, but apparently Kombucha still has benefits for joint pain(good for baby boomers). This is a good read to see some different views on Kombucha.

Baby boomers

Article about baby boomers life style. It says about how they don’t just settle for a game of bingo this is telling me they want more then what is expected of them what is there typical stereo type they enjoy more variety of activities it talks a lot about active activities i.e gym  and sports. It says they focus on feeling healthy and young combating obesity and health problems. The main point I got from this was health it says a little bit of the reason they are like this is because they were first to be targeted by health advertisers on TV. Over all this article was good to clear the point that they want a healthy life style and I don’t think they will settle for anything less.
