I didn’t know much about kombucha apart from the little I have reaserched and been told by my pairs. This article shows that Kombucha although it is a healthy tonic a lot has been over exaggerated about it. Some believe the sugar in Kombucha none remains by the end of the fermentation cycle in this article it says that this is a myth. Also about joint pain that it is effective in helping joint pain but this article says that this is also a myth and doesn’t have two properties hyaluronic acid and glucosamine which help joint pain, but apparently Kombucha still has benefits for joint pain(good for baby boomers).
